I got a call from the company they sedm interested I talk to about my experience and we talk about salary expectations and we also are a match for salary . They let me know she will be looking for the schedule the next interview,two weeks go by havent heard anything yet so I reached out by email and let ask if there any updates for the position,the team answers and sends me and invite so we can talk. So im thinking great things are moving along. We finally get into the team then gets out of the meeting inmediatly, i was weird out so I reach out again and they come back to the call and lets me know they got confused and thougth i was a new candidate, I ask directly for an update they say the same again, that they will schedule the next meeting. Another 2 weeks go by and they finally sent and email asking for my salary expectations, i remind them that we have already talk about this since our first call and i confirme the number. They inmediatly replied saying its out of budget so i wont be moving forward in the process which was a relief given how unorganized they seem to be. So this team made me waste 4 weeks, confused me with another candidate try to ghost me and then came back asking questions we already talk in week one. This is the most unprofesional process I've been and I hope nobody faces this.
