At the beggining the process was super clear and straighforward. Until I got to the final stage, after the face to face in their office. Apparently there where only 2 candidates in this stage and I got to meet the full EMEA Marketing team... all good and I got a good feeling.
After that I waited one...two, three weeks and nothing. No feedback, no reimbursment of expenses (flights, hotels ubers).
I chased them and it took many emails until I got reimbursed. But stil no feedback on the interview nor if I got the job or not....
Now, after a couple of years, I am not even sure if they ever said anything about the job. Strange how they went from very friendly and easy to talk to and communicative to just not showing the courtesy of providing any feedback.
This is the type of thing that makes you wonder how they treat their customer and the care for the patient. Sometimes it is tgat typical case that when you have no "use" for the person, you just do not care anymore. And this tells a lot about company and people culture.
