I interviewed with BILL and was shocked by how much the recruiters did not know about the culture of the company as well as their general business activities. One would think that recruiters, the face of the company for pretty much everyone... should know the values, the mission and all the basic stuff. During my next interview with leadership, I was surprised again! The leader could not tell me what they loved about the culture, but instead changed the topic and started asking me more questions. RED FLAG! After my second interview, I was told that I amazing and that they would let me know about next rounds within 1 week. Well, ghosted by another company that claims that they "just can't seem to find great candidates." I followed up with HR and the recruiters three different times, 2 weeks apart with no response. I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me; this place sounds like a train wreck already. Lack of communication, afraid to have difficult conversations, rude, low business accumen... the list goes on.
