Entretien
The interview started at 8 am and finished at 11am. I cant recall the exact time. There were around 25 candidates on the day. Then we were split into groups of 5~ 6 members. the whole assessment consisted of 3 activities. The first one was short presentation in pairs. We were given a scenario which was about FIFO topic. We had 10 mins for preparation then followed by 5 mins presentation. After this, the second activity was group discussion which was typical assessment for graduate program. The last activity was short interview with two BHP employee, one was from HR and the other was from mine operating site.

I just finished online assessment that includes 2 sections: video recording and cognitive testing.
I was stressed on video interview while it gave me time to prepare so I would say good experience overall.
In the interview, they highly encourage us to use STAR technique to answer questions.
Online Assessment - The first step in the recruitment process, it comes with six questions to answer, and section 2 has three different types of games to play. It easy and relaxed.

It was a video interview where you answered by recording yourself.
Felt a bit awkward as I was talking to myself. However, it was a good experience. There were also other assessments aside from video interview.
