The first selections occur during their Young Professional Days. About 150 students/job seekers are invited. Cases need to be solved in groups and presentation of the results.
About 15% of the job seekers will be hired

Interview technique ainsi qu'une interview RH. Le processus peut se faire à distance ou sur place. Bon département RH très compétent et bonne interview avec le responsable de département. Posent des questions sur vos précédentes expériences et ce que ça vous a amené.
