if you applied, you will get a call from the human resources asking whether you are interested in your job descriptions, if the skillset matches then it will be followed by a technical interview. in technical through knowledge and understanding will be checked along with how you can handle customers.
finally, in the HR round, you will be asked about salary and other incentives and the process will be complete
