Telephone interview in which I talked about myself and why I had applied for the position. Fairly straightforward and I got a reply over the phone that I will be sent an email to do SHL tests. Passed tests I was asked to attend an interview the next day ( I applied very late in the process) and come prepared with an example audit to present to a manager in a 1:1 interview. The presentation wasn't as daunting as I thought it would be and the manager was understanding and impressed with what i had produced in under 24 hours. I was also asked a few generic questions at the end of the interview. Offered the internship the next day.
