Correto, premia o preparo técnico e a inteligência emocional. É aplicado teste de conhecimentos gerais em direito e contabilidade, depois há a dinâmica de grupo, entrevista em inglês e posteriormente com gerentes e, finalmente, com o sócio.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, mi hanno messa a mio agio. Non troppo tecnico, però se fai vedere che sai di cosa stai parlando fanno domande abbastanza specifiche. Fatti due colloquio: uno conoscitivo e uno tecnico
It’s a beautiful process and more of a conversation one. It requires you to talk about your self and skills set. You have to be audible and willing to communicate freely as this will make the whole process even smoother
