I passed the first interview and was really pleased. However the second interview was horrendous. It was rescheduled four times and the interviewer explained my personality was not showing. I found the process awful and unbelievable that an interviewer could be so rude after rescheduling so many times!

Entretien
Slow process overall as the recruitment team weren'tvery responsive. The people who interviewed me were great and the interview itself was well structured but unfortunately I wasn't lucky enough to get the role.

Entretien
The interview process was a positive experience. Although I was not successful in the position, BDO were organised and responsive with regular updates in regards to next steps. Both of my interviews were in person. The first was with an EA and the second was with 2 x partners and an EA. All team members who interviewed me were lovely.
