My hiring experience with BDO is fantastic! I had a call with Robin Singh, the talent Acquisition Specialist at BDO , and had an interview with the partner the day after. The whole hiring process is professional and efficient. The HR team at BDO is supportive and respectful.
It was an easy interview, if you know the answers and your field you can easily crack it. Mostly general questions were asked. Generally, about accounting and what software you've experienced with

Very straightforward, great panel and approachable. They start off with asking about yourself. How do you handle pressure. Do ask questions. Panel consisted of two senior managers working out of missisauga office.
