I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 4 months - interviewed at BDO UAE.
The hiring is based on a simple rule - The candidate who agrees for a lower salary gets the job.
1st I had to agree on salary (20-25% lower than market)
Then had one on one meeting with Partner (Mind it!! it was meeting and not an interview.) No Technical question asked.
NEVER JOIN THIS CO.

They are too incompetent to ask a difficult technical question. ALL they will do is "CONFUSE" you. Their questions will be ambiguous. So clarify if required
