The interviewers, HR and CEO were well prepared and asked challenging and enjoyable questions. Leading up to the interview the process was quite long and arduous. Once a decision had been made, the process moved on quite smoothly and there were no issues as the HR department was very organised.

Angenehmes Gespräch zu Lebenslauf, Motivation und Personal Fit. Gegen Ende kamen fachliche Fragen, die sich um den spezifischen Bewerbungsbereich drehen. Insgesamt sehr angenehme und positive Erfahrung beim Gespräch. Es wurden keine Fallen gestellt
Colloquio con HR e con il team di riferimento. Necessario dimostrare competenza nel settore di riferimento e conoscenza della lingua inglese medio alta. Nel complesso ho trovato il processo di selezione piacevole
Recruiter reached out, had a discussion about my experience and what they're looking for. Interview with the Principal, then MD and SM. Again, straight forward, discussion of previous experience and what I'm looking for and how it aligns with the group. Recruiter was awesome and moved quickly. Was in talks with two competitors that moved too slow.
