video interview was very unique and not your conventional type. It is not based on competency questions but rather questions that require you to think outside the box. A recomendation that I would have for anyone applying is to really take time to simoly understand the question they ask you and just be completely honest. Its more of a video interview to get to know you as a person.

Background part question is common and easy to answer such as why company and why job. The interviewers are kind and nice. They also introduce the company culture and their own experience to you. The whole experience is great.
