There was 2 interviews bit both were like chats more than an interrogation. They mainly just look to see if the person will fit in with the company.
You don't need a 2:1 degree. They will hire from different backgrounds not just accounting or business.

They mainly just asked about my work placement from collage, exam results and interests.
Applied online and was granted an opportunity for an interview and they followed up with an interview to do online. It was 30 minutes tops and they were straight up
Interview with the recruiter and senior managers and/or partners after being shortlisted. Interview process is fairly quick and easy. You need to be updated on what’s happening in the company. The application is completed online.

Entretien
HR was very friendly, open and approachable. She made me feel at ease during my interview. The setting was very relaxed. I was very nervous but calmed down as the interview progressed and started to open up more. They just want to get to know you as a person.
