Overall tough application process!
Starts with filling out application form, includes 2 questions which require word counted answers. If successful, you’ll go on to sit three tests! If you pass all three tests then you’ll be invited to take a strengths based video interview. The result of the interview was given by a phone call where I was given feedback, I was then invited to a assessment centre which consisted of a one to one strengths based interview with a partner, a written exercise, presentation of 30 minutes (prepare to be quizzed on your presentation!) and a group exercise!

The interview lasted about an hour and included a mix of motivational and job simulation questions. They asked about my skills, previous experiences, and specifically why I chose BDO instead of the Big 4 firms.

It was an easy and smooth interview process with friendly interviewer who was knowledgeable. The assessment centre was also a good experience and all the rounds were very clearly explained to us and the group discussion topics were also interesting.
