Long, then they ghost people. I wouldn’t really recommend them. The person I spoke to on the phone was really friendly however until she stopped responding. In my opinion it is better to be straight forward with candidates.

The person that contacted me for a phone interview forgot to call, then when I followed up about the call she called and asked me barely 2 or 3 questions and then it went directly to my compensation aspiration, When I told her what I expected she immediately said that they can make that specially because they are looking for someone that manage revit (When the job offer clearly says that Autocad a must and Revit a plus). Then she said she could arrange an in person interview next day, asked me what time I was available and that she will get back to me, she did not call again. Te call last 6 minutes.
