Quick, brief interview process. HR was great in explaining the company and was was required for the position. I felt rushed but was also allowed to take my time. I worked for BDA in the mid 20's.. I am writing this as I am retiring and realize without BDA, I could never have acheived the financial suscess, management expirence and overall maturity as a employee, and supervisor I became if it were not for BDA. It is a hard company in a great way to work for. If you want to grow and work very hard, BDA will give your what you need even if you don't make a career at BDA. They also have great perks and fun! Work Hard, Great Rewards! I will always be in debt for the future I created for me as a result of my time 5 years at BDA!
