I had a phone screening to start. Then after making it to the next round, I had to present a presentation on a topic of their choosing. After I presented the powerpoint, I was asked a number of questions.

I were interviewing by 2 young leader during the process and it’s 2 different role, probably this is a new way of interviewing people to save their time but personally don’t feel it’s proper to do so, candidates will lose their focus while discussing on the role. Maybe they just don’t want waste time. I’m not sure

Good. Too many technical information asked for my level of experience. I was not informed before hand to master the products of the company but i was still asked about random products.

The hiring managers and recruiters are very slow to respond. The interview process went well, but there were several weeks between each step. The company has no desire to work efficiently.
