Three 30-minute interviews scheduled in the same week with VP-level execs. Very insular approach. None showed up with advance knowledge of the interview duration or my background. They read the questions they were given to ask and looked up my background while in the interview. Robotic.

Process was lengthy, no follow up from them. I applied last year and they stated they would keep my applications on file for future references to apply again. Company seems very hit or miss
