It was easy. It only took around 20 mins phone call and they just asked basic questions. Then informed me immediately that I passed and I will start my training asap.

The interview process is actually fast. In terms od the interview itself, it is like conversing with one another. They also test you pronunciation by giving a sample class spiel. They tell you right away if you pass the interview or not.
