1 HR Interview, I passed and then the hr proposed their budget range for the salary which I approved. 1 Technical Assessment of 2 scraping projects. I passed and moved on to the next step. 2 Technical User Interview, 1 with a current worker, 1 with the manager of the team. After that I was informed that I passed the interview but they don't have the budget for the salary. I was left confused, and wondering why did they proposed the first salary range if they couldn't afford it? What's the point of all the steps for the interview? Waste of time.
