Compared to other companies, it took longer for the recruiter to make first contact with me after I first submitted my application online (~1 month). But once things got going, they were very responsive and moved through the interview process as quickly as possible. I assume it took a while for first contact because they get a lot of applications and it can take time to go through them all. From application to offer, the entire process took about 2 months. Steps/Interviews: 1. HR Recruiter phone screen 2. Strategic Design Lead phone interview, including a portfolio review 3. 48 hour take home case 4. In-person pitch presentation to a panel where you’ll be asked questions about your proposed solution 5/6. In-person behavioral interviews with members of two different cohorts The in-persons are all scheduled in one day so you don’t have to keep commuting back and forth to attend them.
