I had an initial telephone interview which was pretty standard before then being invited in to a formal face to face interview, I have to be fair and say that the interview was professional and structured well. I felt like I was a very credible candidate and they then invited me to take a look around the back office (From experience this only generally happens if there is a genuine interest) The call centre manager then prompted me to e-mail her if I had any further questions and stated that they were interviewing for the remainder of the week and they would then look to make a decision. I decided to be proactive and send an e-mail asking a further question and this e-mail was completely ignored to my surprise (Why suggest to make contact if you then subsequently do not acknowledge to communication you have encouraged?). Eleven days had gone by since my interview and still I hadn't received a response to my initial e-mail or an outcome from the interview itself, I then decided to send a second e-mail politely requesting an update to which I received a very generic response ultimately stating I hadn't been successful on this occasion. I have absolutely no problem with being bested on the day by a better or more suitable candidate so I therefore replied and thanked said manager for the outcome and further requested some specific interview feedback explaining that this will potentially help me with future interview preparations (Again no response and completely ignored). All in all very disappointed with the process, again I have no problem not securing the role but to book holidays off work and then spend time preparing etc the very least you would expect is constructive and timely feedback. Looking back at some of the other less kind feedback I would hazard a guess that there is a pattern occuring here. I have one word for you BCA and that's disappointed.

Friendly,informative ,very well stuctered. Made me feel at ease so i could relax and sell myself. Made me feel engaged with all interviwers. Gave a lot of information about the role.

Accommodated virtually as I was unwell which was nice. Friendly people that interviewed. Lasted about 55 mins. Competency based interview asking for examples of scenarios and situations. Reasonably relaxed approach
