1. HR phone screen → 2. Panel interview → 3. Reference check → Offer. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Standard behavioral questions, nothing tricky. HR was super helpful and professional from start to finish. Very efficient process for an entry-level role! They were genuinely looking to hire and didn’t waste anyone's time.
