the interview was basic, alot of personality questions and tell me what you would do if... how do you handle this situation, this is what we do if something happens, i am going to read you a paragraph please tell me what its about.
Phone screen, in person interview. Asked basic questions about history, math, honesty. Reviewed work history, reliability, education. Pretty basic and straightforward, nothing was unexpected or difficult. They seemed a little desprate.
Quick and easy. Straight to the point. Explained role and functions. Not at all aggressive. Pretty intuitive. Not hard. Not demanding. Considering the atmosphere. Veteran friendly. Accommodated time constraints. Love the place.

The personality and skills test was very lengthy. Not a lot of candidates had the patience or passed the test. Therefore the interview was basically a formality due to how short staffed they were.
