Entretien
It was a panel interview, a couple from the department itself and another superior from another department. They each took turns in asking questions and was looking for a very comprehensive and detailed person which ultimately I wasn't exactly what they were looking for.

Why do you want to work in this role? What can you bring to the role? How would you deal with confidential information? How would you prioritise contacting different clients, external contacts, members of the team? How would you effectively communicate with members of the team? How would you manage workloads that are for different teams and deadlines? Can you give an example when you had a tight deadline? Which of the BBC values do you think are important when working in this role? How are you handling new software?

Entretien
The interview was organised around a week and a half in advance, with a panel of two people from the show. It was described as being a competency based interview, and I was advised to work from the job description ad job specification to prepare.
Very competency based...make sure you read job spec and have examples of similar things in previous work.
The bbc board is very rigid, this is supposedly to do with fair selection but is most just typical bbc bull and ensures that most people hired fit the expected mould but anyways... Do you research before hand on the above and you will be fine.
