The whole process lasts about a month the initial process involves sending your cv if accepted. You are given a take away test related to the role. If you pass that you proceed to the interview. I interviewed in Kenya and i was interviewed by three people on on skype. Their interview is predominately situation based.

Entretien
Screening interview on the phone with the lead developer.
Small JavaScript programming exercise and then a face to face interview by two of the senior staff. It was actually a great experience and they made me feel very comfortable.
