I beleive it took too long to get an interview. After the interview, which i had with three different persons the process after that was quick and got onboarded and joined the team.

Entretien
You have to be interviewed by to two Sales and Service Leader, which is like a regional position, and they recommend for you to interview with their boss which is the Regional President. And they hire whoever they like not who is qualified for the position.

Entretien
I applied online for an open position with BB&T and was first contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview, which when into my experience and background. I was contacted again for a panel interview, which went well and the representatives were nice.
