They will ask you questions about how you handle hard customers and to give examples of how you handled a bad situation and a good situation. They will ask you the length of time that it took you to handle the tough situation and what the resolution was and if you had to get a supervisor involved and the client's attitude with the resolution. Be as detailed as possible.

Have you ever had a client or customer unhappy with your resolution and how did your former company look at your resolution. They will also ask you questions about cheating and or do favors for your friends or family.
There was a phone interview and then in person interview. The interview process was fairly easy and moved quickly. Once on board you will be placed in a training class.

Entretien
I filled out an application online and a couple hours later I received a call from a recruiter to schedule an interview. 3 days later I interviewed. 2 days after that, I received an offer for employment. I did my background info the same day and signed the offer letter. Also had to do fingerprints.

Entretien
about 45 minutes long and comfortable. Questions were asked that were typical to any other banking experience, but seeing that I had many years of banking behind me I suppose that would have been expected.
