Interview was pretty much a one way conversation and approach . 3 interviewers in the same session, taking turns to probe candidate one after another. They did not exactly share much when being probed by candidate.

After sending in the application, BAT will send you a request to conduct a series of aptitude tests, after which they don't contact you any longer. I'm pretty sure the request to conduct the tests is an automated response sent by their system regardless of whether they consider anyone for the role or otherwise, seeing that as far as I could tell I performed well on the tests.
