Wonderful first interview with the hiring consultant. From there, they asked for a 3 hour work simulation. Though I don’t understand the “new way” of hiring in terms of excessive interviews and requiring projects, and I feel a bit uncomfortable with a company’s ability to take your ideas without compensation, I did have fun with the 3 hour simulation project. It’s just something to be aware of for professionals and creatives who apply to this company so they know what to expect.
