First interview was good, second one was horrible, I was called in for a different position, and unexpectedly the interview took a diversion, and the person was diverting the interview session for another position. Obviously I was not prepared, and he kept spinning the words! I explained to him in detail, and he was reluctant and said he needed an overview, and when an overview of the process involved was explained, he said I'm not that detailed. Disappointed extremely! My expertise was made to feel a complete waste and the position was really suited for my experience, and during the first interview the assessors was extremely nice and felt I had the qualifications and sent me for a second round, then came this incompetent Manager with no knowledge of my expertise and with another position in mind.
