I interviewed for a Global Marketing internship position at BASF's Human Nutrition. I submitted an application and was invited for an interview a few weeks after. The interview was straight forward, and afterwards I received a phone call with an offer a week later.

Two interviewers asked about my previous work experience; what my contributions were/the results of previous projects I worked on; why I am interested in the position; my connection to the position (i.e. relating to human nutrition); why I am a good candidate
Interviewed on campus after a career fair. The interview was conducted in two parts, with two separate interviews. One part was behavioral with standard questions and one was technical just assessing your reasoning skills.

no return. I thought I had passed, but I didn't receive any notification.
I'm still waiting today.
Once they choose the person they want, they discard the others too easily.

There are two rounds of interview. Both were chill. The first round was more about behavioral questions，such as what is your strength， can you use three words to describe youself. Second round was with line managers, with more professional job-related questions.
