Applied on BASF website and was contacted by recruiter and did a phone interview two days after applying. Got a call three months later to come in for interview. I arrived on time at 7:00am, ended up waiting for over a half hour before interview finally began. The person giving the interview had no idea who I was or that she was to interview me that morning, even thought she’s the one who called me to schedule it. Only reason I accepted the job offer was because I was unemployed at the time
