Initial was a phone call interview with the GM. Next was face to face with GM and Team Lead. Third meeting with Director Procurement. HR was alo involved . After selection, Salary was discussed, and negotiated. They provided what was asked and there was no need for any negotiation. After accepting offer, medical tests were to be done. after clearance from their internal doctor, green signal was given to resign for earlier organisation.
