Applied online via a job finding website. Contracting company called me about a month after I applied to set up an interview at BASF in Wyandotte. I was interviewed by my two future bosses and the interview itself was behavioral and based on my resume.

It was very neat and I heard from them really quickly after my application was sent out. I was called in for an interview and a week after the interview, I got an offer letter from them. It was a nice and smooth process.
