The interview was split into three separate parts. The first interview was pretty easy which was mostly trying to see if you were personable. I came back for the second and third interview and it was five hours of walking around and seeing what they do on a daily basis. However, they won't tell you how it is paid or works until two hours in. Every time I had a simple question, the very young and naive interviewer would tell me, we shall talk about it later. In addition, since they drove me out to a random neighborhood 30 min away from the office, when I decided that I would not take the position, I felt inappropriate asking to finish the interview, especially because he gets paid on straight commission.
