Two interviews both over the phone, there was a 3 week training for the job, All the training took place in Northern Va and all was paid a base salary during training. Rental cars and hotel rooms where paid for by the company
Straight forward, this is a company with a long standing reputation. Be prepared to discuss your relevant experience and be confident in your answers and delivery and you’ll do well.

The interview process was fairly pleasant. The program manager was straight to the point. He asked a lot of questions based on my resume and how it would fit with the job requirement.

I first received a phone screening that was brief and I'm sure just to make sure I wasn't a random, unqualified person and could speak the intel language...then shortly after, a full, one on one phone interview...I was out of area at the time, so no in-person interview was necessary
