Entretien
The standard procedure is to be interviewed by a panel of 3 to 4 people. Questions are typical "give me an example of.." read off a script. The HR department is not a participant and the interviews are largely ceremonial at present. The site manager decides offers based on his personal impressions and bias. The process is flawed and almost unethical.
