The process took 3-4 weeks. I applied online on their website and received an email about the interview about 1.5 weeks later. The interview was over the phone with 2 people from the IT department. It lasted around 45 minutes and was mostly behavioral. They asked about personal projects that I had been working on and about why I made certain technical decisions.
