However, I printed the whole form out and it has been a useful referral for dates and results for other applications. The online tests were situational judgement, numerical reasoning, logical patterns. I find it best to go for accuracy for the numerical tests and to practice. The phone interview was half an hour and typical competancy questions, allowing for the interviewer to make notes. Be sure to make your answer clear and structured to help this. An offer of an assessment centre was subsequently offered by email. My only criticism for the process is the lack of flexibility for assessment/interview dates; if you can't make it, you lose your place.
