It was a clear three stage process. And I got through to stage two. At the end of stage two I was told to expect feedback within 2 weeks and discussed next steps with the two interviewers. It took over a month to confirm the interviewers were still deciding and to this day (three months later) I never received any feedback at all about how I performed. I withdrew my application after six weeks.
