Initial online written application (not just upload a CV) was followed by online game based tests and an AI interview. Very similar to application processes of similar size companies. Upon success in the initial assessment, they rang me for a 20minute surprise phone call which included checking my right to work etc followed by a few interview questions - ‘why do you want to work for the company, why would you be suitable for the role etc’
The last step was a final interview, an online face to face call with the line manager and HR. It lasted 1 hour 15 and was comprised of personal, behavioural and technical questions. They were both very friendly which made the interview go smoothly.
2 weeks later recruitment rang me to offer me the job (a few days before Christmas). This was followed by contracts sent over to be signed to secure the job
