After filling out a bizarrely-structured application form, you're invited to complete several online tests. After this, you'll receive an invite to undertake a video interview. I was unsuccessful at this stage. This process has left a bad taste in my mouth. I've undertaken several online tests for graduate roles over the course of the last month, and BAE Systems is the only organisation that did not offer me feedback. Unsurprisingly, I was not offered feedback after failing short in the video interview stage either. Applicants invest a fair amount of time going through your (unnecessarily convoluted) recruitment process - the very least you can do is offer some modicum of feedback. Capp Assessments is your test provider - they are able to generate feedback reports after the tests, and employers often have a copy of this report sent to applicants by way of support.

It was a 2 day event: The first day you were not assessed - it was a chance to meet current graduates and speak with current employees. It was fairly interesting. The next day you were assessed. The whole process was very friendly.
