First stage was an initial call and clarification piece of credentials and expectations. This felt like a secondary sift. Second stage was a technical conversation talking through experiences and knowledge. Very professional and steered well by the interviewers. Third stage would have been a presentation to key stake holders. But my knowledge didn't fully fit what they were looking for.
