      Entretien

The interview process I went through with this company was by far the most unprofessional and disheartening experience I’ve had. I was initially contacted for a screening interview, and the following week I was called back to discuss my interest further. My next meeting, which was conducted over the phone, was with the president of the company. He immediately stated that he handles "complicated cases," which made me feel like my application was problematic. During this call, I was informed that the position I had applied for had already been filled and that I had applied "too late." Instead of offering an apology or a more respectful response, I was then lectured about two other job openings that were completely unrelated to my field. Before I could speak, I was told that I lacked any experience for the first role and then criticized for my lack of relevant experience for the second role as well. The president sarcastically remarked that I would need training for that position. It was shocking and disappointing to be belittled multiple times in an 8-minute phone call. I was spoken down to, criticized, and after such an experience, I would never consider pursuing a professional journey with a company that exhibits such behavior.

Dear "Candidat anonyme", we are very sorry that you felt lectured during your call with one of our Manager. In fact, it is true that when you applied, the position was fulfilled. Nevertheless, as long as your experience seemed interesting to us, we decided to call you to propose other positions we have on the company. You rejected these proposals without discussion. Our DNA is to hire people and potentials, not a resumé. To us this is important to give a chance to people we think could fit. If you are not interested we don't insist, this is your choice. We hope you will find a position filling your expectations.
