Contacted by B&Q via LinkedIn, stating my skills & experience matched their requirements. Two screening phone calls.Followed a week later with a 3 hour interview including SWOT analysis presentation, in store with the Store Manager and a Department Manager. Very brief feedback call from the resourcing team a couple of days later. Didn't offer any real details for decline.

Video interview was very straight forward. You need to download an app , everything is explained in detail. You get two chances to record your answer before you submit... seven questions were asked. All in all very easy to use and well explained. After a few days received an email saying we are unfortunately not taking your application any further.
