The interview process was Average. The interview in itself was only around ten minutes long. Didn’t hear anything back for a few weeks and was offered a position. However they changed mangers in the process and when I didn’t hear anything about my start date for a while I called the store and they knew nothing about it and was told they would look into it then told that there wasn’t a position anymore after I had to call them back since they never got back to me. Overall it was an okay process but with a lot of run around on my end and they didn’t really seem like they looked into the job offer.

Standard, If applying online, you'll typically need to create an account and upload your CV and cover letter. If applying in person, the store management team will review your CV and may contact you for an interview. The interview process may involve a phone call to discuss your interest, followed by a more formal interview or trial period depending on the position.

Sat down in the office and was given a piece of paper with questions to fill out, was an easy process but seems like it wasn’t the right way to interview a future candidate or employee

Asked odd questions, very unorganized, and rude coworkers.
They forgot I was coming for the interview. Asked general questions with limited eye contact. They hardly looked at my CV or experience and were occupied by something on their laptop.
