On arrival there was a group of us to be interviewed
We filled in an application form then the employer showed us a short video about b&m and told us more information.
We then had to introduce ourselves, tell everyone a bit about ourselves and then was split into 2 groups so do a presentation about a customer who made a complaint and how we would deal with it.
We was then invited to a short 1-2-1 interview which i was asked about my work experience, my availability and which roles I'd be interested in doing, at the end I was told 'we'll be in touch'.
3 weeks later... still not heard back from them...

Entretien
Quick and straightforward. They didn't make it like other interviews where you would have to "state five things you would describe yourself" or ask you "why do you want to this job". They know that you're just applying because you need a job.

The interview process was really easy. Just a few questions and i got the job next day. The role was for customer service assistant temporary. There was around 5 simple questions.
