New store so group interview there was about 4 groups that day of around 12. 9 showed up to my group and one of the girls being interviewed said she had heard a few folk from each group gets interviewed. Very informal group interview as such 4 girls and 5 guys sat in the two groups had to do small ice breaker then read a scenario and wrote down as a group what we would do. Filled out a small application form then got taken for 1-2-1 interviews.

It was a casual interview with a few questions that assess how you might fit in for the role. The interviewer was friendly and had a calm attitude when asking the interview questions,
